About the role

  • Design, develop, maintain, and further enhance FileMaker 2024 system
  • Develop a new online portal for clients and internal users (training agenda, knowledge base, quality registration, customer overview)
  • Maintain and support the existing PHP portal until the new solution is fully implemented
  • Develop a second new portal for another organization leveraging latest FileMaker capabilities
  • Review and optimize existing API integrations and set up new connections
  • Ensure version control, documentation, and quality assurance
  • Provide advice on modernization and translate requirements into a future-proof solution (target 2026)

Requirements

  • Proficiency with FileMaker Pro/Server and FileMaker WebDirect
  • Experience with API integrations (REST APIs, ODBC, SQL)
  • Experience with Mollie integration
  • Proven experience in developing online portals
  • Knowledge of / experience with PHP (for temporary maintenance of the existing portal)
  • Experience with Claris Connect, quality registration, and version control is a plus
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken)
  • Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
