About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the sales process by engaging with prospective clients to understand their business needs & challenges.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for international clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of our solutions.
  • Work closely with business and technical teams to prepare tailored solution proposals and presentations.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal technical & non technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with customer expectations.
  • Participate in discovery calls and client meetings throughout the sales cycle.
  • Assist in preparing sales materials, case studies, proposals, and other client-facing documentation.
  • Identify customer pain points and communicate potential solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through regular communication.
  • Track client interactions, meeting outcomes, and sales activities within internal systems.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service improvements.
  • Stay informed about company products, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively support sales discussions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Pre-Sales, Client Relations, Public Relations, or a similar customer-facing role. (Freshers are encouraged to apply.)
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with confidence in presenting to international clients.
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple client engagements and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with workplace productivity tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet) & similar platforms.
  • Basic understanding of software development or technology solutions will be an added advantage.
  • A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
