About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the sales process by engaging with prospective clients to understand their business needs & challenges.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for international clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of our solutions.
- Work closely with business and technical teams to prepare tailored solution proposals and presentations.
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal technical & non technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with customer expectations.
- Participate in discovery calls and client meetings throughout the sales cycle.
- Assist in preparing sales materials, case studies, proposals, and other client-facing documentation.
- Identify customer pain points and communicate potential solutions that align with their business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through regular communication.
- Track client interactions, meeting outcomes, and sales activities within internal systems.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service improvements.
- Stay informed about company products, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively support sales discussions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 1 year of experience in Pre-Sales, Client Relations, Public Relations, or a similar customer-facing role. (Freshers are encouraged to apply.)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with confidence in presenting to international clients.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with workplace productivity tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet) & similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of software development or technology solutions will be an added advantage.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
