About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support planning and execution of marketing events (logistics, vendor coordination, on-ground support)
- Assist in preparing event budgets and tracking expenses
- Support marketing campaigns and product marketing activities (campaign execution, launches, basic research)
- Create and manage the content calendar
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms
- Coordinate with designers on marketing creatives (share briefs, follow up, ensure timely delivery)
- Assist in creating marketing materials (social media posts, emails, presentations)
- Track performance of campaigns, content, and events
- Prepare basic reports and presentations
- Handle day-to-day marketing tasks and follow-ups
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, event coordination, or a similar role
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Clear communication skills and willingness to learn and take initiative
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic understanding of social media platforms
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, google slides)
- Basic content writing skills (captions, simple content)
- Exposure to social media or scheduling tools
- Strong interest in marketing and campaigns
