About the role

  • Lead or assist in managing the full lifecycle of IT projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align expectations and project outcomes.
  • Proactively identify risks and issues early, developing and supporting mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Manage and motivate cross-functional teams, or support team coordination and communication, fostering collaboration and alignment with project goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure business needs are met through effective project delivery.
  • Optimize resource allocation to enhance project performance while meeting deadlines.
  • Monitor and assist in managing project budgets, ensuring efficient use of financial resources.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and post-project analysis.
  • Utilize Agile and/or Waterfall project management techniques to promote flexibility and responsiveness.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of IT project management experience, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles, and integration projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, capable of translating technical information for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to lead or assist in managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve challenges in complex IT projects.
  • Ability to manage client relationships to ensure project outcomes align with business needs.
