About the role

  • Be the on-camera presenter for all product YouTube videos and create engaging, educational content explaining features, automation, and use cases.
  • Write high-quality video scripts, marketing copy, website snippets, product descriptions, and social media content.
  • Develop and execute content strategies for LinkedIn, YouTube, email, and other social channels.
  • Conduct research on target audiences, competitors, industry trends, and product use cases to guide content direction.
  • Analyze content performance across platforms and provide insights for improvement.
  • Simplify complex product concepts into clear, easy-to-understand content.
  • Collaborate with designers and video editors to produce polished final assets.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends to ensure content relevance and impact.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of technical support experience.
  • Excellent English communication (spoken + written).
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to understand complex products quickly and simplify them for content.
  • Experience writing video scripts, marketing content, or educational material.
  • High confidence on camera with a strong screen presence.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Ability to identify and interpret marketing trends.
  • Prior experience appearing in short-form videos, personal branding, or social media content.
