About the role

  • Execute functional, regression, and integration testing across all modules.
  • Validate installation workflows, authentication flows, and virtualization integrations (Citrix / Omnissa).
  • Review requirements and translate them into test cases and QA scenarios.
  • Identify, log, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and impact assessment.
  • Perform API testing on .NET services and verify data accuracy against the installation dashboard backend.
  • Validate performance, reliability, and security-related behaviours against standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Dev, BA, and Product teams to ensure test coverage and release readiness.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience.
  • Strong QA experience testing .NET-based backend systems and REST APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with ChromeOS testing (Managed Guest Session, kiosk mode, extension validation).
  • Ability to test integrations with VMware Horizon (Omnissa) and Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops.
  • Expertise with test case design, defect tracking, and QA documentation.
  • Familiarity with SQL/database validation and log analysis.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with CI/CD pipelines.
