About the role

  • Design and produce multimedia content for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and product communications.
  • Create and edit videos, animations, motion graphics, and other visual elements to support storytelling and brand awareness.
  • Develop concepts, storyboards, visual mockups, and prototypes for new multimedia projects.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to ensure all visuals align with brand standards.
  • Create static and animated assets, including banners, thumbnails, reels, infographics, product explainers, and internal brand visuals.
  • Manage, organize, and maintain multimedia libraries, ensuring all assets are properly structured and version-controlled.
  • Adapt designs for different platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, website, email, etc.) while ensuring optimal quality.
  • Stay updated on design, animation, and digital media trends to continuously enhance creativity and output quality.
  • Deliver projects within tight timelines while balancing multiple tasks efficiently.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of technical support experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro etc).
  • Solid experience in video editing, motion graphics, animation, and multimedia production.
  • Strong foundation in layout, typography, color, composition, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to design for multiple digital formats and platforms.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to understand briefs and incorporate feedback.
  • A portfolio showcasing multimedia, video, and design work.
  • Experience with basic 3D design or animation tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).
  • Understanding of social media trends and digital content formats.
  • Ability to experiment with new design styles and multimedia tools.
