About the role
- Conducting user research to gather insights and understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and user flows effectively.
- Design and refine UI elements, such as menus, buttons, and widgets, to improve user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into seamless and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to the design process.
- Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to enhance and iterate on designs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Design graphic components, and presentations using Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience of design tools, such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
- Understanding of core UI/UX principles and best practices.
- Strong visual design sense with great attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly in a team environment.
- Enthusiastic about learning and a proactive approach to improving design skills.
