About the role
- Assist in creating visual assets such as logos, illustrations, banners, social media graphics, basic marketing materials, and short video content under guidance.
- Support the maintenance of the company’s visual brand identity by following established brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and development teams to support design and video content needs for ongoing projects.
- Contribute creative ideas for design and video concepts to help communicate messages effectively.
- Help create basic prototypes, mockups, and layouts to visualize design ideas.
- Use design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar software to develop visual content.
- Update designs and make revisions based on feedback from team members and mentors.
- Organize and manage design files to ensure easy access and version control.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design tools.
- Understanding of fundamental design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback positively, and improve design skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage assigned tasks and meet timelines with guidance.
