About the role
- Prepare and send invoices accurately and on schedule
- Track incoming payments and maintain up-to-date customer account records
- Reconcile AR accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve billing issues
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding balances
- Assist with month-end close related to AR
- Maintain accurate documentation and support audit requests
- Collaborate with customer support and operations as needed
- Work closely with customers and clients as needed
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting (required)
- 1+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar finance role
- Strong Excel and general financial systems skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage volume with accuracy
- Clear written and verbal communication (English/Spanish a plus)
- Ability to work independently and maintain accountability in a fast-paced environment
