About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop new full‑stack features (React / TypeScript on the front end, Java, Node.js, or Ruby on the back end) in collaboration with the Product Manager (PM) and the designer.
Participate in architecture and technical design decisions within the team.
Write automated tests and ensure code quality through code reviews.
Deploy and monitor your own features in production (GitLab, AWS, Kubernetes).
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team’s engineering practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of development experience with strong technical skills.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in at least one back-end language (Java, Ruby, Node.js), a modern front-end framework (ideally React), and SQL. It is not necessary to master all technologies from day one.
Professional level of English (written and spoken).
