About the role

  • Execute and review end-to-end reconciliation processes, ensuring proper recording and audit compliance.
  • Analyze automated reconciliation results, investigate discrepancies, and drive timely resolution.
  • Ensure processes meet committed SLAs, proactively following up on outstanding items.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
  • Monitor transactional flows to mitigate risk and ensure data accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in auditing, reconciliations, or Finance/Operations roles in multinational environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and experience handling large datasets.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Experience with SQL or Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
  • Previous experience in fast-paced, agile environments.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong drive for continuous improvement.
