About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing SDR team

Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in sales development leadership
- Experience selling developer tools, DevOps, or technical SaaS
- A track record of building or significantly scaling an outbound SDR function
- Strong coaching instincts
- Comfort operating in ambiguity
- Data-driven decision-making
- Familiarity with modern SDR tooling
