About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactively source, identify, and engage new prospects through outbound outreach
- Qualify inbound leads and convert them into high-quality opportunities
- Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand customer pain points
- Become fluent in CodeRabbit’s product and value proposition
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to refine messaging
- Maintain an organized pipeline in the CRM and consistently achieve activity goals
- Share learnings and insights from prospect conversations with internal teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A curious and empathetic approach to understanding customer challenges
- A self-starter mentality
- Grit, resilience, and persistence when it comes to outbound prospecting and building relationships
- An eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a rapidly scaling GTM team
- Familiarity with developer tools, AI, or open source ecosystems (Bonus)
- Experience in a Product Led Growth (PLG) environment (Bonus)
- Proficiency with sales engagement tools and CRMs (Bonus)
