  • Proactively source, identify, and engage new prospects through outbound outreach
  • Qualify inbound leads and convert them into high-quality opportunities
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand customer pain points

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to refine messaging
  • Maintain an organized pipeline in the CRM and consistently achieve activity goals
  • Share learnings and insights from prospect conversations with internal teams

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A curious and empathetic approach to understanding customer challenges
  • A self-starter mentality
  • Grit, resilience, and persistence when it comes to outbound prospecting and building relationships
  • An eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a rapidly scaling GTM team
  • Familiarity with developer tools, AI, or open source ecosystems (Bonus)
  • Experience in a Product Led Growth (PLG) environment (Bonus)
  • Proficiency with sales engagement tools and CRMs (Bonus)
