About the role
- Lead the presales go-to-market (GTM) function, managing a high-impact team of Solution Engineers
- Maintain and scale our established GTM strategy in partnership with Sales and Product
- Guide SE team execution: from early discovery through deep architectural guidance and product fit
- Mentor and grow team members with an outcome-based leadership style
- Define clear objectives and measure performance with data-backed KPIs
- Contribute to post-sales architecture direction and collaborate on long-term customer success
Requirements
- 3-5+ years in presales leadership at a GTM-focused tech company
- Track record of managing teams in complex enterprise sales cycles
- Strong working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, Terraform, and modern development environments
- Comfort with startup pace and ambiguity with a bias toward clarity, ownership, and delivery
- A leadership style that blends empathy with rigor, centering on continuous improvement and growth mindset
