About the role
- Collaborate with a talented team to design and develop the future of cloud-based developer environments using TypeScript, React, and a modern tech stack.
- Leverage tools like Vite, Jest, and Storybook to develop and showcase UI components in isolation.
- Use MUI/Material-UI and Figma to translate product and design requirements into elegant, user-centric interfaces.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement through code reviews, design discussions, and close collaboration across engineering, product, and design teams.
- Be responsible for the overall architecture and tooling around Coder’s frontend
Requirements
- Located in the United States or Canada
- You’ve worked professionally as a Software Engineer for at 8+ years
- You're highly competent in Typescript and React
- You have knowledge and understanding of back-end architecture
- Your code is well-structured, performant, well-tested, and documented
- You help make those around you better through code review, design review, sharing your knowledge, and more
- Some type of open-source presence is required for this position.
