About the role

  • Identify, engage, and onboard a portfolio of high-potential in-region partners
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan and go-to-market strategy
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with partner leadership across key functional areas
  • Lead and facilitate executive QBRs, joint marketing engagements, and technical enablement
  • Coordinate Coder’s partner sales managers to execute field-level sales awareness and enablement campaigns

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, and/or sales
  • Possess a quantifiable record of success in business development
  • Understand complex sales processes
  • Experience building and growing successful relationships with SIs and VARs
  • Strong work ethic and can move fast in a startup environment
  • Player/coach mentality
  • Willing to go outside the bounds of their job description and comfort zone
  • Curious about technology and constantly learning
  • Take initiative and own the outcome
  • Look for ways to add value to Coder
