About the role
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, from intake through offer, while keeping candidate experience top of mind
- Source and engage candidates across multiple channels with creative, eye-catching outreach
- Manage hiring teams end-to-end, providing proactive communication and transparent feedback
- Track pipeline health, identify bottlenecks/challenges, and adjust strategy using data
- Maintain up-to-date documentation in Ashby, Notion, etc. to keep hiring teams aligned
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles, with emphasis on Engineering, Product, and GTM
- Comfort discussing technical fundamentals, role expectations, and pitching Coder to candidates
- Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and cross‑functional teams
- Clear written and verbal communication; direct, respectful, and timely
- Organized approach to pipelines, prioritization, and competing deadlines
- Prior experience working in a startup environment and using Ashby ATS
- Substantial experience hiring for AI, developer tools, infrastructure, or open‑source teams (Bonus)
- Prior experience scaling with a growing company (Bonus)
- Proactive approach to improving systems and processes for the team (Bonus)
