About the role

  • Lead detailed analysis for assigned modules:
  • o Inventory & Logistics
  • o Maintenance (MRO)
  • o Technical Documentation / Configuration
  • o Procurement / HR
  • o Analytics & Reporting
  • Break down high-level requirements into **functional and user stories**
  • Contribute to:
  • o FRD / SRS sections
  • o User stories and acceptance criteria
  • Maintain documentation consistency with BA standards
  • Work closely with engineering teams to:
  • o Clarify requirements
  • o Validate technical feasibility
  • Conduct module-specific discussions and walkthroughs
  • Utilize AI tools to:
  • o Assist in requirement breakdown and user story creation
  • o Analyze data patterns for module insights
  • o Support documentation and test scenario generation
  • Gather feedback and refine requirements

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of Business Analysis or related experience
  • Basic understanding of:
  • o Requirement documentation (BRD/FRD)
  • o User stories and Agile workflows
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • **Technical Background**
  • Engineering / Technical degree (preferred)
  • Understanding of:
  • o System workflows
  • o Basic data structures and integrations
