About the role
- Ensure customers attain their desired outcomes using our product or service
- Act as an essential bridge between our company and its customers
- Conduct legal research, drafting legal documents, and offering support on legal matters
- Manage the legal drafting and review process for written agreements
- Handle customer requests and inquiries regarding services and account management
- Support customers in setting up connections between their source code management platform
- Work with leads to guide them about our service via email and website chat
- Draft reports based on customer-provided information and send them back
Requirements
- Familiarity with LegalTech concepts is crucial for success
- Prior experience in customer success or similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents
- Exposure to working with diverse companies of varying sizes and industries
- Analytical thinking and a proactive attitude
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Proficiency in modern web tools like Google Docs and similar platforms
