About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing overall Human Resources (HR) strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across Codekeeper
- Overseeing recruitment activities, including sourcing, attracting, screening, interviewing, and assessing potential candidates, and onboarding new employees
- Collaborating with department managers to define role requirements
- Conducting initial screening calls and evaluating candidates based on established criteria
- Presenting job offers to successful candidates, detailing position terms, remuneration, and benefits
- Exploring new platforms, tools, and strategies to enhance recruitment processes
- Documenting procedures and workflows in the HR Recruitment Folder
- Organizing online team gatherings and offline team events to foster engagement and a strong company culture
Requirements
What you’ll need- A minimum of 1–2 years in a similar HR or recruitment role
- Background in recruitment, with experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates
- Experience in performance coaching
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
