About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Managing overall Human Resources (HR) strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across Codekeeper
  • Overseeing recruitment activities, including sourcing, attracting, screening, interviewing, and assessing potential candidates, and onboarding new employees
  • Collaborating with department managers to define role requirements
  • Conducting initial screening calls and evaluating candidates based on established criteria
  • Presenting job offers to successful candidates, detailing position terms, remuneration, and benefits
  • Exploring new platforms, tools, and strategies to enhance recruitment processes
  • Documenting procedures and workflows in the HR Recruitment Folder
  • Organizing online team gatherings and offline team events to foster engagement and a strong company culture

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A minimum of 1–2 years in a similar HR or recruitment role
  • Background in recruitment, with experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates
  • Experience in performance coaching
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
