About the role
- Drive inbound sales growth and identify new leads primarily through inbound channels
- Advise customers on potential solutions and build strong relationships through excellent customer service
- Prepare email sequences and promptly respond to customer emails professionally
- Identify and contact new leads, follow up via email or phone, and A/B test approaches to improve conversion
- Conduct online platform demos showcasing the SaaS Source Code Escrow platform
- Create and negotiate offers to close deals and upsell active customers
- Showcase product benefits to mitigate third-party risks and support disaster recovery solutions
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales role with proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Tech-savvy with a solid grasp of modern web SaaS
- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
- Problem-solving skills to identify and address customer pain points
- Comfortable using a variety of technology platforms and tools
- Time management and ability to prioritize to meet targets and deadlines
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team and adapt to changes
- Enjoy giving online demos
- Experience working with diverse companies and industries
- Ability to respond in Dutch or English (application requests Dutch or English)
