About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure customers attain their desired outcomes using our product or service
Act as an essential bridge between our company and its customers
Conduct legal research, drafting legal documents, and offering support on legal matters
Manage the process of drafting legal language to fit customer requirements
Prepare required documents for checking before client sharing
Handle requests from users and leads about services and account management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Prior experience in customer success or similar role is preferred
