About the role

  • Responsible for managing the overall Human Resources (HR) strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures
  • Oversee recruitment activities, including sourcing, attracting, screening, interviewing, and assessing potential candidates
  • Manage onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires
  • Organize three online team gatherings and one offline team event per year to foster engagement and a strong company culture
  • Explore new platforms, tools, and strategies to enhance recruitment processes

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1–2 years in a similar HR or recruitment role
  • Background in recruitment, with experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates
  • Experience in performance coaching
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
