About the role

Architect and execute end-to-end data strategy across technical stack of products
Own meaningful challenges related to data management and scalability
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Labs, Product, and Customer Success
Build and assemble the data layer, processes, and team for rapid data delivery

10+ years in data leadership role, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role managing a team.
Proven experience protecting customer data and IP in a high-growth tech company or startup.
Deep understanding of modern software development practices (Agile, CI/CD, DevOps, etc.).
Expertise in most data tools such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, AWS RDS, AWS Dynamo, MongoDB, MariaDB, Cassandra, etc…
Experience with cloud-based environments and microservices architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, etc.).
Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
**Preferred**
Knowledge of and experience using bar raising Data layer AI technologies in practice
Experience working in a fast paced start up environment
