About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Legal advice in citizenship and residence law.
- Communication with immigration authorities, the BAMF (Federal Office for Migration and Refugees), administrative courts and other relevant authorities.
- Representation before authorities and courts.
- Filing of applications and legal claims (including litigation filings).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Two successfully completed state law examinations (Staatsexamina).
- Admission to the bar or willingness to apply for admission to the bar.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Reliable, structured and independent working style.
- Affinity for digital work and digital workflows.
- Commitment to advising and representing people with a migration background.
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
