Sales, Telephone Acquisition (m/f/d) — Full-time or Part-time
CodefySalesperson for a growing Legal Tech firm in Heidelberg. Engaging qualified leads in order to convert them into clients through calls and collaboration with teams.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Telephone contact with qualified leads (no cold calling).
- Conduct acquisition calls and perform initial qualification of new clients.
- Targeted client acquisition and lead-to-contract closing.
- Motivate potential clients about our advisory services.
- Close cooperation with our case management and attorney team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in sales / telephone sales / closing.
- Strong communication skills and a proven ability to close.
- Professional, confident and persuasive telephone manner.
- Clear target-orientation and willingness to perform.
- Reliable, structured and independent working style.
- Empathy and sensitivity in dealing with people.
- Good written and spoken German skills.
- Positive attitude toward working with people from migrant backgrounds.
