Key responsibilities & impact
  • Telephone outreach to qualified leads (no cold calling).
  • Conduct acquisition calls and perform initial qualification of new clients.
  • Targeted mandate acquisition and deal closing.
  • Inspire potential clients about our advisory services.
  • Close collaboration with our case management and attorney team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in sales / telephone sales / closing.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to close deals.
  • Professional, confident, and persuasive telephone manner.
  • Target-oriented and performance-driven.
  • Reliable, structured, and independent working style.
  • Empathy and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good German language skills, both spoken and written.
  • Positive approach to working with people from migrant backgrounds.
