About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Telephone outreach to qualified leads (no cold calling).
- Conduct acquisition calls and perform initial qualification of new clients.
- Targeted mandate acquisition and deal closing.
- Inspire potential clients about our advisory services.
- Close collaboration with our case management and attorney team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in sales / telephone sales / closing.
- Strong communication skills and ability to close deals.
- Professional, confident, and persuasive telephone manner.
- Target-oriented and performance-driven.
- Reliable, structured, and independent working style.
- Empathy and strong interpersonal skills.
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written.
- Positive approach to working with people from migrant backgrounds.
