About the role

  • Telephone contact with qualified leads (no cold calling).
  • Conduct acquisition calls and perform initial qualification of new clients.
  • Targeted client acquisition and deal closing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales / telephone sales / closing.
  • Strong communication skills and a proven ability to close deals.
  • Professional, confident and persuasive telephone manner.
  • Clear target orientation and strong performance motivation.
  • Reliable, structured and independent working style.
  • Empathy and good interpersonal skills.
  • Good German language skills, spoken and written.
  • Positive attitude toward working with clients from migrant backgrounds.
