About the role
- Telephone contact with qualified leads (no cold calling).
- Conduct acquisition calls and perform initial qualification of new clients.
- Targeted client acquisition and deal closing.
- Inspire potential clients about our advisory services.
- Close collaboration with our case management and legal team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales / telephone sales / closing.
- Strong communication skills and a proven ability to close deals.
- Professional, confident and persuasive telephone manner.
- Clear target orientation and strong performance motivation.
- Reliable, structured and independent working style.
- Empathy and good interpersonal skills.
- Good German language skills, spoken and written.
- Positive attitude toward working with clients from migrant backgrounds.
