About the role

  • Conduct telephone outreach to qualified leads (no cold calling)
  • Conduct acquisition calls and perform initial qualification of new clients
  • Targeted client acquisition and lead-to-contract closing
  • Inspire prospective clients about our advisory services
  • Work closely with our case management and attorney team

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales / telephone sales / closing
  • Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to close deals
  • Professional, confident and persuasive telephone manner
  • Clear goal orientation and strong performance drive
  • Reliable, structured and independent working style
  • Empathy and good interpersonal sensitivity
  • Good written and spoken German
  • Positive attitude toward working with clients with migration backgrounds
