About the role
- Legal advice in citizenship and residence law.
- Communication with immigration authorities, the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF), administrative courts and other competent bodies.
- Representation before authorities and courts.
- Filing applications and lawsuits.
Requirements
- Successful completion of both German state law examinations (Staatsexamina).
- Admission to the bar or willingness to apply for bar admission.
