About the role
- Design the look & feel and visual concept of instructional materials and programs
- Develop engaging and interactive learning content including presentations, videos, simulations, quizzes, and other instructional materials from scratch
- Write e-learning scripts based on professional materials
- Implement evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of training programs and materials
- Collect and analyze feedback from learners and stakeholders for data-driven content improvements
Requirements
- UI/UX experience
- Strong visual perception
- Creative mindset
- Ability to produce engaging visual content independently
- Advanced English and fluent Hungarian
- Experience in educational design or training development is a plus
- Experience with HTML/CSS, generative AI tools or creating animations is a plus
