deliver projects for clients across a broad range of industries
take overall responsibility for eliciting, understanding and translating requirements
map requirements to Microsoft Business Application technologies
rapid prototyping client requirements
drive the business towards early design decisions through entity modelling
assist customers in mapping high-level to low-level functional requirements
challenge assumptions and identify risks
ensure requirements demonstrate business value
perform 'Fit Gap' analysis as part of process design exercises
lead client workshops to scope and define projects
manage end-to-end requirements management process in Azure DevOps
mentor junior Business Analysts
ensure smooth transition of systems and changes into operation

What you’ll need

demonstrable Senior Business Analyst experience
delivered Microsoft Business Applications projects in the past
worked within a consultancy, or people services organisation
ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
exceptional communication skills
understanding of different eliciting requirements approaches in both waterfall and agile projects
familiarity with no-code / low-code tools such as CRM systems, Power Apps, Dynamics 365
