About the role
- Provide presales assistance where required including working on tender responses.
- Meeting with clients to architect a cloud-based solution based on their needs.
- Knowledge of how the architecture is determined will need to be demonstrated.
- Compile a high/low level design document based on the outcome of the customer meetings
- Hold workshops with customers / potential customer on various topics.
- Provide escalation point to the Service desk with more difficult issues
- Assist customers with cost management
- Work with internal teams to streamline the project deployment work by making use of deployment pipelines.

- Azure Architecture (IaaS & PaaS)
- Azure Entra ID
- Strong knowledge on cloud-based deployments
- Azure DevOps platform
- Scripting (PowerShell, Azure CLI)
- Templates (ARM/Bicep Templates, Terraform)
- Disaster Recovery / High Availability technologies
- Networking knowledge
