Own day-to-day paid social strategy across key accounts, including planning, testing, optimizations, forecasting, and reporting
Build full-funnel strategies rooted in client objectives, platform best practices, and industry trends
Analyze campaign performance across platforms and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
Collaborate with internal teams and platform reps to bring integrated, innovative ideas to clients—including Alpha/Beta opportunities
Stay ahead of emerging platform updates and determine what matters most for your clients’ goals
Mentor junior team members and help drive best-in-class execution across the social team
Lead the creation of clear, compelling storytelling through decks, POVs, and performance summaries
Requirements
4+ years of experience in paid social planning and buying (must include hands-on buying)
Deep expertise across at least 4 paid social platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, LinkedIn, X)
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to turn data into actionable insights
Clear, confident communicator with strong client and team collaboration skills
Excel skills: comfort with pivot tables is a must
Certifications in digital marketing and/or social media strategy are a plus (Meta Blueprint Buying and Planning Certifications, Snap Focus, Google Analytics Certification, etc.)
Experience with health and/or beauty brands is a plus
