About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead paid social strategy across a portfolio of clients, overseeing full funnel media planning, testing roadmaps, forecasting, measurement, and long-term account growth spanning key platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and YouTube.
- Serve as a strategic advisor by connecting media performance, creative strategy, consumer behavior, and cultural moments to deliver meaningful business results.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team by providing coaching, raising the quality of work, and fostering strategic thinking across the practice.
- Partner closely with creative teams and clients to shape creative strategy, identifying winning concepts, testing opportunities, and optimization recommendations through performance data.
- Establish best practices across planning, campaign execution, reporting, client communication, and innovation while partnering cross-functionally with internal teams.
- Translate complex performance data into compelling, executive-level narratives and represent Code3 through client presentations, platform partnerships, and new business opportunities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of paid social experience, including hands-on platform expertise and a proven track record developing full funnel strategies for eCommerce brands.
- Deep expertise across at least five major paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat, Reddit, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Proven experience managing, mentoring, and growing high-performing teams while establishing best practices and elevating strategic thinking.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and translate complex performance data into clear business recommendations.
- Strong understanding of creative strategy, testing methodologies, and how cultural trends can be leveraged to drive stronger business outcomes.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables required); digital marketing certifications (Meta Blueprint, TikTok Media Buying, Google Analytics, etc.) are preferred.
