This role is post-sales and is located within our company's technical sustainability team
Approximately 70–80% of the responsibilities focus on customer support and customer management, while the remaining tasks involve analyzing individual customer data and improving processes
You will be encouraged and supported to build your own technical expertise in sustainability
You will onboard new customers to our software
You will act as the primary contact for customers’ questions and issues related to using our products and provide technical sustainability consulting
You will interpret the results of our software (sustainability KPIs and content) for customers
You will support customers in making decisions about the optimal use of our tools and services
You will serve as the internal interface between our sales teams, the sustainability function, and our software engineers
You will develop and manage tools to monitor customer activity and respond to insights from that monitoring
Requirements
You have at least one year of experience in a similar role
You have work experience with at least one of the following: GHG Protocol, GRI, DNK, Ecovadis
You have native-level German proficiency
You work independently and are customer-oriented
You have a structured, solution-oriented working style
You communicate clearly and confidently
You are motivated to independently learn new sustainability content
Experience with the GHG Protocol is a plus
You have business-fluent English
