Manage end to end recruitment for assigned roles from hiring manager brief to candidate sourcing and assessment through offer negotiation, ensuring that top candidates are identified, interviewed, and hired
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand ideal candidate profiles for current and future business needs
Provide an unparalleled candidate experience
Guide candidates and hiring managers through the recruitment process keeping everyone updated and engaged along the way
Track candidates in Greenhouse to ensure accurate and up to date records
Build a pipeline of candidates for current and future roles
Source and engage with amazing people by leveraging conventional and unconventional methods to find the best candidates out there
