About the role
- Own the end-to-end new hire journey
- Design and improve a structured onboarding program
- Partner with hiring managers and mentors
- Plan and facilitate new hire orientation sessions
- Proactively identify and resolve friction points
- Collaborate with senior HR leads
- Help develop onboarding dashboard
- Handle centralized operations requests
- Support periodic audits of HR processes
- Partner with Business Operations on special projects
Requirements
- Experience in People Operations, Coordination Employee Experience, or a closely related field
- Strong project management instincts
- Experience working with HRIS platforms and onboarding tools
- Comfort with data and reporting
- Excellent communicator
- A genuine love for the 'operations' side of people work
- Warmth, reliability, and good judgment
