Director, People & Reward
Codan LimitedDirector People & Reward leading HR and remuneration strategy for the APAC region at Codan. Responsible for building workforce capability and aligning people practices with business growth.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, coach, and develop the APAC Regional HR team to deliver effective HR support.
- Support workforce planning, leadership capability, performance, talent, succession, and organisational effectiveness.
- Lead the development, implementation, and governance of Codan’s global remuneration and reward strategy.
- Partner with Finance on workforce cost forecasting, remuneration budgeting, incentive planning, and reward modelling.
- Contribute to Codan’s HR transformation agenda.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experienced HR and Reward leader.
- Strong track record of developing, deploying and governing remuneration frameworks.
- Deep expertise across remuneration strategy, reward governance, job architecture, salary structures, market benchmarking, pay equity, executive remuneration, and workforce analytics.
- Ability to partner effectively with leadership.
