About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple roles and regions
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking and direct search
  • Screen applications and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Conduct reference checks and background screening processes
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records within SuccessFactors
  • Provide timely and professional communication to candidates throughout the process
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events
  • Stay current with recruitment trends and best practice

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experienced Talent Acquisition professional
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Ability to manage end-to-end hiring across multiple roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proactive approach and solutions-focused mindset
  • Experience with HRIS systems, particularly SuccessFactors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
