About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and evolve Codan’s investor relations strategy aligned to corporate and capital management priorities.
Partner with the CEO, CFO and Executive team to position the company effectively with investors and analysts.
Own the preparation and delivery of investor communications including results, ASX announcements and market updates.
Drive proactive engagement with institutional investors, analysts and brokers to strengthen market understanding and confidence.
Lead investor engagement programs including results briefings, roadshows, conferences and targeted outreach.
Develop high-quality messaging, investor materials and executive briefing packs.
Provide insight into market perception, investor sentiment and share register dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
Ensure rigorous compliance with ASX Listing Rules and continuous disclosure obligations.
Support communication of strategic initiatives, M&A activity and portfolio evolution.
Continuously enhance investor relations capability, processes and market positioning.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience operating within an ASX-listed environment is essential.
Strong understanding of capital markets, investor relations and continuous disclosure.
A high level of commercial acumen is required.
Ability to interpret financial and strategic information and translate it into clear, compelling narratives for the market.
Confidence engaging at a senior level, with the credibility to influence executives and build trusted relationships with investors and analysts.
Strong analytical capability.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, high-performance environment.
