About the role

  • Lead and evolve Codan’s investor relations strategy aligned to corporate and capital management priorities
  • Partner with the CEO, CFO and Executive team to position the company effectively with investors and analysts
  • Own the preparation and delivery of investor communications including results, ASX announcements and market updates
  • Drive proactive engagement with institutional investors, analysts and brokers
  • Lead investor engagement programs including results briefings, roadshows and conferences
  • Develop high-quality messaging and investor materials
  • Provide insight into market perception and investor sentiment
  • Ensure compliance with ASX Listing Rules and continuous disclosure obligations
  • Support communication of strategic initiatives, M&A activity and portfolio evolution
  • Continuously enhance investor relations capability and market positioning

Requirements

  • Experience operating within an ASX-listed environment
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, investor relations and continuous disclosure
  • High level of commercial acumen
  • Ability to interpret financial and strategic information
  • Confidence engaging at a senior level
  • Excellent analytical capability
  • Strong communication skills
  • Genuine passion and can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to develop strong investor and industry relationships globally
