Project Manager

• Lead end-to-end software implementations at health system clients, from kickoff through post-live handoff
• Own project timelines, milestones, risk tracking, and customer-facing status reporting
• Run weekly customer standups and drive accountability across clinical, IT, and revenue cycle stakeholders
• Coordinate internal resources across engineering, integration, and product to keep implementations on track
• Identify and escalate blockers early, with a recommended path forward
• Produce clean handoff documentation so account teams can run independently post-go-live
