About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own Codal's voice across digital and editorial channels
  • Write and own industry pages and solutions pages across the Codal website
  • Develop copy articulating Codal's point of difference
  • Write social media content, mainly for LinkedIn
  • Collaborate with the Global Head of Marketing and Senior Content Strategist on website positioning and service lines
  • Produce authoritative blog articles with internal subject-matter experts across engineering, design and strategy
  • Write and distribute press releases
  • Develop and execute content strategy and contribute to the editorial calendar
  • Lead end-to-end case study production from stakeholder brief and client interview through publication
  • Design and implement a scalable case study process
  • Work cross-functionally with delivery, sales and design to source stories, gather approvals and publish case studies
  • Communicate Codal's positioning consistently across content formats
  • Maintain an enterprise tone of voice across channels and asset types
  • Track and report content performance, including organic traffic, engagement, lead attribution and pipeline influence
  • Use data to inform content decisions and set measurable goals
  • Connect content activity to CRM data and pipeline outcomes in HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Meet quality, consistency, output, time-to-publish, strategic contribution and engagement targets

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of B2B or enterprise content writing experience, ideally in digital services, technology, agency or consultancy
  • Proven experience writing for regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services or compliance
  • Portfolio demonstrating long-form editorial, web copy, case studies, press releases, thought leadership and social media
  • Exceptional command of English grammar, structure and nuance
  • Experience interviewing subject-matter experts and translating complex technical ideas into accessible narratives
  • Strong project management ability across multiple workstreams
  • Ability to own processes and build systems as well as write content
  • High standards and high output
  • Must produce original writing and not rely on AI-generated drafts as a substitute
  • Must not require visa sponsorship
