Product Manager

• Assist in translating product strategy into clear product roadmaps. Define features through clearly written user stories as part of an Agile delivery team.
• Participate in ongoing Discoveries by performing market research and competitive analysis to understand user needs.
• Coordinate and organize work streams across multiple small to medium-sized projects. Facilitate daily scrum meetings, sprint planning meetings, and retrospectives.
• Communicate with internal teams and external client representatives. Capture meeting insights and send regular project updates to project stakeholders.
• Track project progress and regularly follow-up with team members to identify, resolve and escalate potential project blockers.
• Identify, define, evaluate, plan, track and realize the outcomes and benefits of change initiatives instituted by organizational leaders. Contribute to the determination of project scope, resource requirements, and project milestones.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore Codal teams including designers, engineers, and business stakeholders. Work across the internal and client organization, partnering with multiple stakeholders to understand and translate requirements.
• Seek and incorporate feedback to continuously improve understanding of product/project management skill sets and PMO process understanding.
