About the role

  • Deploy, manage, and support existing/new Codafication products, client and infrastructure
  • Provide input and expertise in the design and ongoing management of our IT infrastructure across cloud environments and Codafication products
  • Analyse, monitor, and report on key infrastructure and application metrics and logs
  • Build internal tools and scripts for automation to support deployments and engineering teams
  • Advise on network architecture, technology selection, security and the best way to implement solutions
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support fast, reliable, and automated build, test, and deployment in collaboration with engineering teams
  • Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues escalated from the Customer Success team
  • Contributing to projects within an agile team environment

Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience with:
  • Kubernetes and related technologies (Docker, Helm, etc)
  • Cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
  • Creating & managing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, etc)
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, etc)
  • Linux administration
  • Some scripting/programming (Bash, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, etc)
  • Monitoring & related tools (Elastic, Splunk, New Relic, etc)
  • Understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc)
  • Supporting and maintaining Node.js applications or equivalent (advantageous)
  • Adaptability and working collaboratively as part of a high performing team
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Availability for after hours support and maintenance tasks/upgrades.
