About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the Mobile Gaming Top-Up category, identifying gaps and driving global expansion.
  • Set up category performance monitoring and steer on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • Create a comprehensive external category view (e.g., what is trending, what is happening at competitors, visiting conferences).
  • Convert insights into actions to achieve category KPIs.
  • Make sure that presentation and findability of your category is optimal on our web/app-stores.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue teams to optimize pricing and performance.
  • Build strong relationships with key publishers like Moonton, Garena and Riot, identifying win-win opportunities that drive mutual growth like new territories and marketing collaborations.
  • Develop strategic growth plans and execute marketing/media strategies to expand market share.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Affinity and strong interest in mobile gaming industry and category developments
  • 5+ years’ experience in a highly analytical, commercial role (Category Management, Assortment Management, etc.)
  • Experience in eCommerce, preferably B2C, and international markets.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills—able to identify trends, generate insights, and translate them into viable business strategies
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and analytical reasoning
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written), with the ability to clearly convey complex analysis to internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong representation skills to effectively engage and build trust with brand partners / publishers
  • A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Innovative, creative, and commercially astute.
  • Strong English and Mandarin language skills to effectively communicate with key publishers.
