About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • As a Finance Manager, you’ll be part of the financial reporting team and will have full ownership of your assigned subsidiaries in various jurisdictions globally within the Coda Group.
  • This will include the monthly financial reporting process, tax compliance obligations, statutory compliance obligations, and other accounting-related matters.
  • Your role will be a combination of recurring finance tasks and project-based initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accountancy or a Professional Qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, ISCA, CPA).
  • More than 6 years of working experience in the related field. An audit background would be a bonus.
  • Strong communication/coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders, including other company functions, management and external auditors.
  • Independent and self-motivated, with good interpersonal skills, with the ability lead a team and supervise team members closely on technical matters
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and tax compliance matters
  • Well-versed in MS Office and Netsuite ERP system
