About the role

As a Finance Manager, you’ll be part of the financial reporting team and will have full ownership of your assigned subsidiaries in various jurisdictions globally within the Coda Group.
This will include the monthly financial reporting process, tax compliance obligations, statutory compliance obligations, and other accounting-related matters.
Your role will be a combination of recurring finance tasks and project-based initiatives.

At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accountancy or a Professional Qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, ISCA, CPA).
More than 6 years of working experience in the related field. An audit background would be a bonus.
Strong communication/coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders, including other company functions, management and external auditors.
Independent and self-motivated, with good interpersonal skills, with the ability lead a team and supervise team members closely on technical matters
Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and tax compliance matters
Well-versed in MS Office and Netsuite ERP system
