About the role
- Relentless Execution & Stakeholder Alignment: You don’t assume alignment—you validate it. You’ll consistently communicate status, risks, and dependencies to both internal teams and clients.
- Timeline Management: You hold teams accountable. When risks emerge, you identify them early, escalate appropriately, and drive a resolution.
- Unblocking: You monitor for bottlenecks across Product, Design, and Engineering, intervening decisively to maintain momentum.
- PRD Documentation: Translate client discussions into clear, structured Product Requirement Documents. You define flows, system behaviors, and edge cases with precision.
- Voice of the Customer: Deeply understand client workflows. You provide the context and rationale for product decisions when questions arise.
- Quality Gatekeeping: Use your "product sense" to review designs. If usability or execution quality falls short, you address it before release. We do not ship mediocrity.
- Scope Discipline: You manage the balance between client requests and delivery commitments—pushing back diplomatically while protecting time and quality.
- Bilingual Bridge: Act as the primary link between Mandarin‑ and English‑spea
Requirements

- Exceptional Documentation: You produce concise, actionable documentation with zero ambiguity.
- Relevant Experience: 2–5+ years in Delivery Management, PM, or Product Ops, ideally supporting enterprise B2B clients.
